Thank you for thw answers and sorry for using English only. I'm learning lots of things about this moped with help of google translate. But sometimes it's better to write in English, becasue translator makes translation look really hard to understand.

I´m really sorry Kaspars but in my opinión you don´t need to apologize.
I´m a bit sick of reading poor spanish on this forum and honestly I cannot understand the opinión of these narrow minded people.
You obviously are making an effort to communicate in a language that is not your mothertongue.
You are from Latvia if I´m not mistaken so you already are translating from latvian
If we try to restrict people from expressing themselves on this page, especially with people from abroad even when they are sharing very exclusive information we are making a big mistake.
I would prefer a fórum to be inclusive instead of exclusive, and if that means sometimes communicating in english or other languages we have in common, so be it.
I could understand to use other language in special ocassions like this, instead of using a cold translator.
That reminds me that our education system in Spain is not working. We are against using other languages (when we need it) or we use our own language with lots of mistakes. (Kaspars if you're thinking of learning spanish this fórum is not the best place to read correct spanish)
At the end if we want people from other contries, cultures and experiences.........this in not the best way.....in my humble opinión.

¡¡Thats bastante!! Soy Kaspars realmente lamentable pero en mi opinión usted no tiene que pedir perdón. Estoy un poco harto de leer español pobres sobre este foro y francamente no puedo entender el opinión de esta gente estrecha importada. Usted obviamente hace un esfuerzo para comunicarse en una lengua que no es su mothertongue. Usted es de Letonia si no confundo así usted ya traduce del letón Si tratamos de restringir a la gente de expresarse en esta página, sobre todo con la gente del extranjero incluso cuando ellos comparten la información muy exclusiva hacemos un error grande. Scotch entiendo tu comentario y lo respeto, añadiría también que somos unos vagos y no nos gusta usar el traductor  , debido a eso y otras muchas cosas en el post no hay casi comentarios de lo que puede pasar al pitre de este Sr, por el contrario si estuviera en español ya se habría llenado de comentarios como "mira esto, mira lo otro, esto es de aquí o de allí"
Como dice Daniel yo visito otros foros en otros idiomas y me amoldo a su idioma usando traductores y lo que haga falta, es costumbre sí sales fuera de intentar expresarte para que te entiendan, por lo menos lo mejor posible.
Kaspart, te pido disculpas si en algún momento te he molestado, no era esa mi intención, como dije a scotch yo seguiré utilizando el traductor y encontrar una solución a los problemas que nos plantees.
Nos comentas que el pitre estuvo unos años guardado, estaría bien una limpieza al depósito y revisar el grifo de gasolina.

Ok espero hacerlo bien esta vez, mira el grifo de la gasolina y el depósito no tenga impurezas y no salga bien la mezcla, por otro lado el tapón que tiene puesto en la entrada de aire del carburador no es original, parece que va cerrado completamente y así lo que hace es ahogar la moto.

Fuel hose and fuel tap is clean. I use only good quality fuel.
Air filter cap has holes in it for airflow. I will try to use it on dry road without cap to see if it runs better.
What jet should I use? Is 62 will be ok for the start?

La manguera de combustible y grifo de la gasolina está limpio. Yo uso sólo combustible de buena calidad.
Tapa del filtro de aire tiene agujeros para el flujo de aire. Voy a tratar de usarlo en carretera seca y sin tapa para ver si funciona mejor.
Lo jet debo utilizar? Es 62 será aceptable para el inicio?

Ok, créame que todos echamos gasolina buena, otra cosa es lo que nos dan....
Si prueba sin la tapa del filtro del aire sujete bien el filtro no se le caiga con las vibraciones, le he enviado a su correo personal el despiece del modelo F9e que viene a ser el equivalente a su pitre.
Cuéntenos cómo le va.

Thank you for F9e manual, I appreciate that.
In manual Vespino F9 have SHA 12/12, I have SHA 14/12. I believe the cable is for choke?
Oil mixing tube does not work, I use premix fuel. There is a tube going into engine department and then from engine department there is a smaller tube going into manifold.

Before I start plugchop, do SHA carburetor need that plastic cover or it can run only with round filter?
